I was very happy with Alex's massage technique. She was very knowledgeable & has a plan to help me with my hip & glute pain. I suffer from piriformis syndrome & sciatica & have tried everything, so I'm anxious to see if this will be something to finally help me.

I like the fact you are not brought to a room and have to change out of your clothes and get on the bed. I was brought to a dressing room and given a robe and slippers to change into. My locker was opened with a name card for me in it. I was then brought to a relaxation room where I could get a warm neck wrap, water, or tea and patiently relax and wait until it was time for my appt. Mallory came and greeted and took me back to start my facial. It was amazing. Such a great experience!!!
