I think everything was really good. My only comments would be my appointment started 30 minutes late and I would like to have more spa music softer. I did not fill out any questionnaire ahead of time so the music could be my fault. 😁. I have already told people about my great experience.

I rate Spavia a 10 because the service is amazing the staff is very professional and the message was truly relaxing so much I fell asleep. When I woke up I felt brand new! thank you so much for the service provided :)

I really enjoyed myself. Heather and the lady at the front desk were attentive and kind. As a bigger person, it would have been really helpful if one of the questions on the intake asked me about robe size. It could also ask about comfort needs like the breast cushion.
