Great experience from checking in to beingvexplained how the lockers work and where everything was to waiting for my masseuse and having her explain the process and having the experience to waiting with a neck wrap and drink afterwards and even the checking out process was simple and all the staff was extremely warm and polite. It was my first time visiting, and I didn't feel rushed.
