It was a little chilly in the massage and facial rooms. Also the masseuse's hands were freezing and the esthetician's hands were cold also. They both apologized for their cold and freezing cold hands but it definitely dampened my experience. Otherwise, they were very good and the spa was very nice. I hope to return and have warmer hands and massage areas, especially on cold days. Thanks for asking.
