Coming in as a new customer, it was like most spas the sounds and smells were nice. I was taken to change area and provided with instructions on using the lockers and then going into the relax room. The one thing that could be better is when asked if I wanted tea or water before my massage I opted for water. I was given a small paper cup of water which I thought was odd. I'm used to having a glass with cold water and maybe lemon or cucumber added. I was give. The water in the changing room as well? The 10 rating is for my therapist Jay He was amazing! As a former chiropractic therapist he knew not only how to do a great massage but after each massage area he would stretch the area which did wonders. I would go back for him.
