Alisha is amazing all around. The reception staff are wonderful. Very relaxing, spa experience. Love the heated neck wrap, cozy robe, smell of the massage oil/lotion, etc. One small suggestion, a hook/hanger for clothes on the wall in the changing room by the shower would be very helpful.
