• Barbara was amazing but the room temperature was uncomfortably cold, which was beyond her control. I spoke to a staff person at the front desk and they offered an additional blanket for my next visit, but the problem was any exposed skin being massaged was chilled.

• Sue is fantastic. A healer and the staff is very nice. I have one suggestion though: set up your text reminders to go out at 9am the morning of , in addition to two days before. It's a simple thing to change.
