• Your spa is clean and provides a relaxing environment. The massages were great. The only thing that was not great was when we went to pay and the person checking us out did not know how to process our gift certificates and told us there was no remaining balances. That check out process took way too long (10 minutes) and was too stressful, kind of negated any relaxed state we were in.
