• Excellent attention to detail. Love the warm towels and the therapist ability to tailor based on needs. We weren't able to get a couples massage and there was a slight issue checking out which is why I didn't give it a 10 but the staff were still friendly and helpful. Ideally would be good to handle payments before so that we could float out instead of losing our relaxed vibes
