• The spa is professionally run and well appointed. I have had a number of facials over the years and my last one at your facility in Guilford in December 2022 with a wonder esthetician (I forgot her name). However, the esthetician I had at my most recent visit ((Lindsey) was very disappointing. I felt like she wanted to be somewhere else. She applied a mask to my face and just sat in her chair for 10 minutes without doing any other treatment like massaging my neck or shoulders or legs/feet. We just sat in silence for 10 minutes. For the price I paid for this service, I felt like I didn’t get a great treatment. My daughter had a facial at the same time and I was done at least 10 minutes before she was.
