I loved my massage, just would have enjoyed a warm bed...just to spoil me...everything was excellent. Cannot wait for next month!

I would have given the spa 10 because Madeleine was terrific. But in spite of saying I tipped her $22 directly I noticed when I got home that the bill email added a $20 tip automatically. It was corrected after my phone call but tip amounts should not be automatically added unless explained my the spa beforehand. It was annoying
