Always a good experience- however my appointment time was changed without my knowledge. I regularly come to see Oscar every other Saturday at 1:30- somehow it got switched to 2? Luckily Oscar is ever the gentleman and arrived at our normal time. I do plan my saturdays (and childcare) around this set schedule, so in the future please don’t do that again.
