The whole experience is why I pass several other massage places to come to spavia! The only tiny suggestion I have would be to offer the warm neck wraps before and after the massage.

Because it was a great service by Melanie, the staff is polite and the spa is very clean. One note - customers bring cell phone in tranquility room- very annoying and not very tranquil. My suggestion is to have the person who checks the clients in provide a gentle reminder that the room is a tranquility room and cell phone free.
