I love Heidi, my MT. I don't always love dealing with the scheduling process. My husband and I have both had experiences where we were scheduled at the wrong time. My most recent example is that I inadvertently scheduled deep tissue 80 minute sessions instead of the regular service. I've called in to try to make that change and while they say they can help me with that they don't make the change.
