Because I was warmly welcomed and had a most excellent facial. The technician was careful, thorough, and communicated effectively. Not to mention kind and friendly. The space seems very clean, probably the most important factor of all.

Great service, great masseuse, the waiting room is just ok. I hate that there is a cancellation fee that is so high. Even if it never happens it feels so punitive.
