Everyone was super friendly! I like that the front desk was super welcoming (that's not the case everywhere) and when I interacted with them on the phone, they were so kind and helpful. I put a 9 because I think compared to other spots, they didn't focus a lot on extraction or have more up to date teechnology

I’ve had hundreds of massages in my lifetime. I love the thoroughness of the questionnaire to be able to communicate with the massage therapist before you go in is quite valuable. I got a totally therapeutic massage which the therapist evaluated was needed based on everything I answered on the intake questionnaire. The women at the front desk are fabulous to work with to refine the experience. I’ve never tipped more than 20% but Garret is exceptional. 5 stars to the employees who made this a most positive experience. *As posted on Google reviews today
