Very relaxing atmosphere. My masseuse told me what the sports massage entails and regularly checked with me on pressure through the massage. She gave me at home tips on ways to release tight muscles I had. Very relaxing and thorough massage. During my massage I already thought when I should come back next and already recommended to a friend.
