My back treatment was effective. I was given adequate time and not hurried. I spoke when I needed to, and a few brief conversations were nice with the therapist, but otherwise it was relaxing and quiet. The therapist asked me before the treatment if I had any special issues. $20 off for being a first-time visitor is a good deal. It is a bit pricey--but not too much so--and I was left alone in the waiting room a bit too long without having it explained why the therapist would be a bit late. Also, the locked front door and locks on the lockers were an eye-opener: I'm not criticizing this policy, but Green Lake is not the worst neighborhood in Seattle. It's kind of a shock to see the safety concerns reach this level--again, I'm not criticizing. So: generally a good experience. Good job.
