The whole experience was wonderful. From the booking, to the reception staff and therapists, everyone was attentive, polite, and welcoming. We were there for a birthday and the staff made us all feel so welcome and special. The facilities were clean and we all felt safe during the whole experience. The ambience and environment were excellent and relaxing.
