I'd start with Matthew, who kindly and patiently answered all of my questions in the 3 calls I made leading up to my appointment. He continued that amazing service upon my arrival; starting my special treat day on a perfect note. Then I met Tiffany who gave the best facial I've ever had. She was thorough with the perfect amount of attention to my questions. And finally, I met Amy who gave a terrific massage. Overall a 10+
