  • 9 for the service and -1 point for the scheduling. The staff were always nice and tried to be accommodating but I found it odd as a first time customer I had to reschedule my visit 3 times. And I had to switch around my work schedule to accommodate my original time so that was part of my work day I lost out on. It was inconvenient but didn't take away too much from the service and how nice the staff were overall.

  • Great service, but I always get a text message 1-2 days before my appointment asking if I'm able to adjust the time to accommodate another client's schedule. I can understand why, but still feels a little bit annoying
