I had not had a good experience during an earlier massage, but after emailing the business about it, I am very happy with how the owner addressed my concerns, the patience/customer service of the staff after I had to reschedule my appointment a few times, and with the most recent massage with Amico. I am happy to say that I have no qualms coming back to Spavia now.
