Appreciated the pre-appointment survey to identify music/conversation/etc preferences. Also, the staff was very discreet and smooth about swapping to larger robes for my sturdy build - I really appreciate that without my asking, they just knew to grab the larger size robes so my visit was more comfortable (I'm a sturdy girl). Service provider (Mia) was excellent.
