I just had the best facial and best best customer experience ever! They were running behind because of a customer before me running late. I honestly didn’t mind. Amber was super sweet and gave me a nice upgrade on my facial and some extra time added on. I felt so so spoiled. I had just came in for a basic facial for some relaxing time after a super stressful and high anxiety few weeks and needed a pick me up. Amber and the front desk team did just that! I felt so pampered with my wine and upgrades. And honestly left feeling so much better and less anxious.
