Although I had ordered a deep tissue massage , once there John realized I was too fragile for it and only charged me for a regular massage. John was a very lovely guy! The only issue I have is how pricey even a regular massage is. With tip, I used up the whole $150 gift certificate ! The place is clean and calming. My '10' score was mostly for John's kindness and honesty! I really appreciated him.
