I had given a gift certificate a while ago to a friend - and then COVID went up-down-etc. Spavia not only honored my gift certificate - they could not have been nicer on the phone as I tried to schedule her appointment and put my card down, etc. Such a wonderful staff. My friend called me afterward, and said everything was so clean, and peaceful, and lovely. HIGHLY recommend!!!
