I recently had a massage with Diane and can confidently say she is the absolute best masseuse I have ever been to—and I have visited high-end spas all over the world. Her expertise is truly unmatched. Diane was incredibly attentive, maintained the perfect pressure (right off the bat!), and was a pleasure to talk to. Crucially, she recommended additions that made a meaningful, impactful change to my body. I was in a lot of pain prior to the massage, and I left the facility feeling utterly amazing and restored. The facility itself greatly contributed to the experience. The overall environment is very calming. The locker rooms are very nice, and I appreciate that a shower is available. The waiting room is a wonderful, thoughtful touch; the combination of tea, a heated shoulder wrap, and coloring books is a perfect way to relax before the service starts. I only have two small, constructive suggestions for management: 1. To elevate the experience even further, I would recommend investing in a nicer shower head—perhaps a rainfall type—to enhance the post-massage rinse. 2. It would be helpful to have menus or a booklet outlining all the services readily available in the pre- and post-massage waiting area for reading materials. Overall, this was an unforgettable, five-star experience driven by Diane’s incredible skill. Highly recommended!
