The therapist was great and it was a good 1st experience overall. We just waited about 20 mins in the lobby before even being greeted or acknowledged by the staff.

The spa is listed to open at 9. I was there at 9:30 as directed but no one came to open until 9:50

Good therapist... i got a tiny robe, but that was my fault (noticed on the way out that there were different size shoes and robes) - maybe better signage to that in the changing room. Place was clean and nice.

Massage with Ginger was excellent!! She worked out my knots. Ginger left me feeling relaxed and less tense. Tara was also very good with my personal facial.
