Yes, I would be happy to give my feedback. My massage therapist was exceptional, her name was Sam. I would have to say she was the best therapist I've had at spa via. She should be a trainer for your staff. Her technique was perfect, professional and polite. Asking questions as she went to see if the pressure was right, etc. excellent!! However, when we were checking out it would seem someone made a mistake on the gift card that I gave to my friend. It clearly was an error that was made on Spavia's part but the manager had a hard time thinking through the problem and held us there and held up The line of clients behind us while she talked on the phone with someone. I even said to her, please let us just check out and figure out the issue after the clients were then care of, she couldn't do that. Everyone else was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!
