Shanna was BY FAR the best tech I have had there. Was truly disappointed my last 4 trips to Spavia but they were free and I was dealing with a strain. I had been underwhelmed every-time I have visited except yesterday! I will probably be upgrading because of her and will not come in if she is unavailable
