The best facial and pre/post process I've ever experienced. The relaxing waiting room with tea and neck warmers was fantastic. The locker room was a huge plus with the shower, nice smelling soap, lotion, and delicious mints. The pleasant smells and sounds all around really added to the entire experience. Receiving an arm, hand, and neck massage with my facial was pleasantly unexpected. The entire atmosphere was a wonderful experience. Other spas dark lighting cover up how filthy they are, but spavia looked, smelled, and felt clean. The bed was really comfy in comparison to others I've been on. I also was not expecting to receive sandles, that was cool and added to the day spa feel. I was happy to find the locker room just as clean as everywhere else.
