I chose a 10 out of 10 score because the service was phenomenal. I reached out to the company to schedule an appointment the day prior to the appointment, one hour and 30 minutes before closing. To my surprise, I received a welcoming and very personalized intentional interaction with Erin. She did not attempt to rush my decision because of the time and allowed me to decide what I wanted for myself while also answering a good amount of questions. The day of the appointment I got there almost an hour early to set up the room with the balloons and gifts for my mother's birthday, everyone was welcoming, kind and friendly. Which allowed our experience to be seamless, stress-free, and truly memorable! My mother really enjoyed her birthday gift and Spavia Forth Worth, had a huge part in that! Thank you!!
