Loved the actual services provided. We would have liked to have been informed that the time we spent filling out paperwork was cutting into the time that we had already paid for massage services. My sister paid for 20 minutes of massage time that she did not receive. Also, we paid extra for a hand treatment add-on to our massages that was already included in our facials. I think we should've been told that we were duplicating that service when we requested it. We would have instead added on a different service.
