The best customer service I've received for a spa service. Genesis, my masseuse was able to adjust perfectly to my desired pressure, she made sure I was comfortable at all times. Dania, my aesthetician was very knowledgeable, she heard out my skin concerns to properly assess what kind of facial I needed. She also recommended some products that help improve my skin condition. One note, the recommended skin product was Hemp based. I'm in the military where we get drug tested regularly, we are advised to not take any Hemp/CBD products of any kind. But overall great experience
