My last facial with Haley was terrible, I even canceled my membership afterwards. But then I saw that my original aesthetician was still there, so I made another appointment months later. She's so amazing, and I also found out Haley no longer works there. That makes me realize Spavia won't tolerate poor service, and only employs the very best. Customer for life!
