I've never had a professional massage. A friend of mine - a customer of Spavia - bought me a gift card for a massage. I honestly was nervous and wasn't sure what to expect. Your facility and staff exceeded my expectations. It was extremely clean, relaxed and calming environment. I loved how you gave a questionnaire asking about preferences both in the massage and ambiance (music, conversation, scents). The staff was extremely nice and professional, and my masseuse gave an AMAZING massage. I also like the option for water or tea afterwards. And those warm massage tables! OMG. I felt like I was in a warm and comfy cocoon.
