All of the staff was very warm and welcoming. I have a poor memory so names slip my mind. The hot stone massage was the first I had. The warm oil massage on my scalp, thar too was very nice. The facial was also my first very relaxing. I would highly recommend Spavia to everyone I know. I AM PRAYING some day to come back for a full massage as I ha ve severe lower back pain. Thank you very much
