Loved that all the staff really cared. It was relaxing and felt like such a treat. There was no shaming of having never been before or that I was there for pain. Helped the pain somewhat but gave good advice for after. Ended up seeing a doctor and they said it was a torn muscle. Massage could only do so much. But plan on going back for care once it has healed.
