Everyone is always so nice. The spa is clean and wonderfully relaxing. The little extras like robes, slippers, and warm shoulder wraps add to the experience. I have seen two different massage therapists and both were amazing and accommodating. I ended up becoming a member because I love it so much! Worth every penny!
