As soon as I walked in, I felt instantly calm. The person at the front desk made me feel like I've known her forever. The small, but impactful additions (robe, sandals, quiet room, neck warmer, tea) encouraged the relaxation. The massage itself (Katie?) was intentional, effective, and relaxing. Perfect all around.
