it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. i was treated kindly and professionally, my massage from thomas and my facial from veronica were both absolutely wonderful. owner ken was very personable and made me feel welcome. loved the retreat room, neck pillow and hot tea. will recommend spavia to my friends!
