Massage, Ambience, and music were superb.
Emily and Janice care a bunch about what they do. I will say the only ding in the entire experience is the check out; not the last time yesterday but the other 3 times have taken way too long. Wondering if there is an easier process for members. One time we waited for over 5 minutes to check out. Thanks!
