I've had two great experiences! My first time was for a facial and my second was for a massage on my birthday and they gave me a cake afterwards because they had to reschedule me with a different massage therapist which was fine and I loved the cake! Made my birthday extra special and I'll never forget it!

Very relaxing atmosphere. Loved the robes and the massage was very good!
The only reason it's not a 10 is because the robes are so heavy and not size inclusive. As a plus sized person, I found it to be very uncomfortable and hot 🥵

Upon entering, I had to wait for a while for someone to come to the front desk to get me set up. Also, it is rather pricey when you have to tip on top of the service price. The membership seems more affordable but I wish it had more perks to it other than just getting 1 service a month discounted. Like adding more services would make it even better of a deal kinda like buy more pay less. Or a rewards system. Something.
