I was so pleasantly surprised by the ambiance; the locker room was nice and the robe super plush. I was there for a men's facial, didn't realize I'd get all the amenities. The person who administered my Dacia was great: very well informed, helpful, knowledgeable, gentle (Kristen. A shame she is leaving) I got a gift certificate for my wife for a facial and she suggested Emily after I said my wife is new to facials and massages. I thought everything was great I'll definitely be back!

Check-in was a touch odd in that I had to stand there to fill out the forms since there were no chairs. The spa experience itself was wonderful. 4-stars. The aesthetician I had was very good and I would highly recommend her. Robe, slippers, and dressing room were very nice and all in line with other higher end spas I have gone to. The candles in the hallway outside the individual rooms was a nice ambience touch. My only real complaint was the fireplace room. It was not as comfy or inviting as relaxation rooms I've experienced at other spas. The lighting was oddly balanced, with one sconce warm white, and the other a daylight white creating a little bit of a dingy feeling. The chairs were a little uncomfortable, and the "fireplace" was oddly high on the wall and couldn't be seen that well from the side of the room I was on, so any ambience from it was lost on me. Maybe something more realistic looking such as an electric Real Flame fireplace that was ground level would give a more cozy feeling. But again, as far as my facial went, it was top-notch. I would come here again.
Lounge area isn't comfortable, but overall everything is nice.
