Quality of facials, staff, facility, location, love it all!
I've been going to Spavia since you opened. I really started going because I was childhood friends with the old owner's (Jo B) daughter. However, I love the experience and have always had consistency even with different massage technicians. If a mistake is made, you guys are always apologetic and make it right.

the atmosphere is very calm and comfortable, massage therapists are competent and courteous. Shout out to Valarie!
