I chose a 10 because from the moment I walked into Spavia, I was impressed with what I saw. The atmosphere and the way it was decorated was calming and very pretty. Everyone there was kind and respectful. I also appreciate having the coloring books and books and tea in the waiting room. The esthetician that I had was concerned about what I wanted to work on and what problems I had with my skin. Overall, my experience at Spavia was amazing because of the people, the atmosphere, and the facial that I got had my skin glowing afterwards.
