Elevated usual facial/massage experience with heated neck wrap, relaxing lighting and water decor, and beverages while in the waiting area. Facial was exceptional by Nicole with the use of hot rocks and warming hand mitts. Heated tables was an additional bonus. I appreciated the mints in the ladies room and waiting room. Marty was very attentive and considerate. Overall, my best facial and spa experience to date!!
