The staff, ambiance, massage therapists, music, products, locker room were great. We just thought the massage beds/rooms could be warmer (temperature) and we didn't like the smell of the neck towels (I know it sounds silly, but being honest). We also loved the coloring option, but most of the pencils needed to be sharpened. My massage person was a little redundant at times; simply rubbing the same area in the same way over and over. It was relaxing but I prefer a bit more variety with the massage techniques. My daughter said her massage person was a 10!
