10 for Cathie and 10 for Krystle- I absolutely love getting a massage from Cathie- she is fantastic and knows exactly what you need to walk out feeling absolutely great.
Krystle is so knowledgeable, friendly and kind- every time I come in and see her I know I will get not only great service but a friendly smile.
I am love coming to Spavia- it is my favorite place for a massage and I have been to many places.

The staff, ambiance, massage therapists, music, products, locker room were great. We just thought the massage beds/rooms could be warmer (temperature) and we didn't like the smell of the neck towels (I know it sounds silly, but being honest). We also loved the coloring option, but most of the pencils needed to be sharpened. My massage person was a little redundant at times; simply rubbing the same area in the same way over and over. It was relaxing but I prefer a bit more variety with the massage techniques. My daughter said her massage person was a 10!
