Great customer service and hospitality. Lovely unexpected retreat room. GoGo was fantastic and I had a wonderful salt stone massage by her.
My service, Tina and the facility were all great. During my service, I could hear employees talking and laughing loudly through the walls, which became distracting. Tina turned the music up to try and cover it up, and apologized for the disturbance, otherwise my visit would have been a 10.
I ADORE Spavia, love my massage therapist & have been enjoying going there since I found out it existed
